KIK-Start

FOR AGES 4-6

An ON CAMPUS Pre-karate program designed especially for preschoolers thru first grade.

Frequency:

Once per Week

Duration:

30-40 minutes

Program Focus:

To develop good karate fundamentals.

To improve concentration & listening skills.

To build strength & coordination.

Tiger Cubs

FOR AGES 7-13

An ON & OFF campus program designed especially for students from second thru grade eight.

Frequency:

Once or Twice per week (depending on venue)

Duration:

40-60 minutes (depending on venue)

Program Focus:

To introduce a culture of success

To encourage proper behavior & increase self-confidence

To improve concentration, strength, & coordination

Junior Tigers & Tigers

FOR AGES 14 & ABOVE

An ON & OFF campus program designed for High School students & Adults of all ages. Families may also train together in the Tigers program once certain conditions have been met.

Frequency:

Once or Twice a Week (varies by venue)

Duration:

60-90 minutes (varies by venue)

Program Focus:

Physical conditioning

Self-defense

Stress Relief
